Felix Danciu is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Elmcore Group and its wholly-owned investment bank, Elmcore Securities. With a focus on complex transactions and cross-border ventures, Felix’s background spans nearly 20 years in industries such as consumer goods, software, gaming, healthcare, telecom, F&B, construction, and textiles. Previously, Felix was a top executive with a multinational FMCG manufacturer, overseeing in-house M&A strategies, manufacturing, international trade, sales and marketing (online and retail), and logistics. Felix has also held various positions in the financial industry as well as interim management roles with companies in media, real estate, and mining, overseeing all aspects of corporate financial strategies, M&A, and capital raising. In addition, Felix has extensive knowledge and experience in the research and trading strategies of various investment classes including long-short equities and high-yield corporate bonds.
